At <\/span>BVM Creative<\/span>, we specialize in <\/span>custom-made metal products<\/span>, produced individually according to each client\u2019s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our work, certain products are subject to specific return and refund conditions in accordance with <\/span>EU consumer law<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

1. Custom Orders (Non-Refundable)\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

All <\/span>custom-made products<\/span> \u2014 including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>

  • metal staircases<\/span><\/li>
  • railings and gates<\/span><\/li>
  • corten steel products<\/span><\/li>
  • plasma-cut designs<\/span>welded metal constructions<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    are manufactured based on <\/span>approved designs, measurements, and material choices<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

    In accordance with <\/span>Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law<\/span>, custom-made products are <\/span>not subject to the right of withdrawal<\/span> and therefore <\/span>cannot be returned or refunded<\/span>, except in the cases listed below.<\/span><\/p>

    Exceptions:<\/span><\/h4>

    A repair, replacement, or partial refund may be offered if:<\/span><\/p>

    • the product arrives damaged<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • the product contains a manufacturing defect<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • the product does not correspond to the approved specifications<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      In such cases, <\/span>BVM Creative will repair or remake the affected part at no additional cost<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      2. Standard \/ Resele Items (If applicable)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Some non-custom items resold by BVM Creative (e.g. tools, accessories, ready-made products) may be eligible for return.<\/span><\/p>

      Returns are accepted <\/span>within 14 days of delivery<\/span>, provided that the item:<\/span><\/p>

      • is unused<\/span><\/li>
      • is in its original condition<\/span><\/li>
      • is returned in its original packaging<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us <\/span>within 48 hours of delivery<\/span>, providing:<\/span><\/p>

        • your order number<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • photos or videos of the issue<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • a short description of the problem<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          We will assess the situation and offer a <\/span>repair, replacement, or refund<\/span>, depending on the circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          Exchanges are possible <\/span>only for non-custom items<\/span> and <\/span>subject to stock availability<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

          Custom-made products <\/span>cannot be exchanged<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          • Shipping costs are <\/span>covered by BVM Creative<\/span> if the return is due to a defect or production error<\/span><\/li>
          • Shipping costs are <\/span>covered by the customer<\/span> for all other returns<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
