BVM Creative is a brand operated by BVM Constructor BV, a company registered in Belgium.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, offers and future sales provided via this website.

2. Scope of services

BVM Creative specializes in:

  • custom metalwork
  • CNC plasma cutting
  • welding and steel constructions
  • staircases, railings, gates and decorative metal elements

All projects are primarily custom-made and produced according to individual client specifications.

3. Quotes and offers

  • All quotations are non-binding unless stated otherwise
  • A quotation is valid for the period mentioned in the offer
  • Prices may change if project specifications are modified
  • An order is considered confirmed only after written approval by the client

4. Custom projects and approvals

For custom-made projects:

  • The client is responsible for approving drawings, measurements and specifications
  • Once approved, changes may result in additional costs or adjusted timelines
  • BVM Creative is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client

5. Production and delivery timelines

  • Production and delivery times are indicative
  • Delays may occur due to material availability, technical constraints or force majeure
  • Delays do not automatically entitle the client to compensation or cancellation

6. Installation and assembly

  • Installation services are provided only if explicitly stated in the offer
  • If installation is not included, delivery only applies
  • When installation is performed by third parties, BVM Creative is not responsible for their work
  • The client is responsible for ensuring site readiness and safe access

7. Prices and payments

  • Payment conditions are defined by mutual agreement and specified in the offer
  • A deposit may be required before production starts
  • Production may begin only after receipt of the agreed payment
  • In case of cancellation after production has started, costs already incurred may be charged

8. Returns and refunds

Custom-made products are generally non-refundable, in accordance with Belgian and EU law.

9. Liability and warranty

  • BVM Creative is not liable for normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, lack of maintenance or external factors exclude liability
  • Liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant service or product

10. Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, images and content remain the intellectual property of BVM Creative, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
