Refund & Returns Policy

At BVM Creative, we specialize in custom-made metal products, produced individually according to each client’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our work, certain products are subject to specific return and refund conditions in accordance with EU consumer law.

1. Custom Orders (Non-Refundable)

All custom-made products — including but not limited to:

  • metal staircases
  • railings and gates
  • corten steel products
  • plasma-cut designswelded metal constructions

are manufactured based on approved designs, measurements, and material choices.

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, custom-made products are not subject to the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned or refunded, except in the cases listed below.

Exceptions:

A repair, replacement, or partial refund may be offered if:

  • the product arrives damaged

  • the product contains a manufacturing defect

  • the product does not correspond to the approved specifications

In such cases, BVM Creative will repair or remake the affected part at no additional cost.

2. Standard / Resele Items (If applicable)

Some non-custom items resold by BVM Creative (e.g. tools, accessories, ready-made products) may be eligible for return.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • is unused
  • is in its original condition
  • is returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • your order number
  • photos or videos of the issue
  • a short description of the problem

We will assess the situation and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for non-custom items and subject to stock availability.

Custom-made products cannot be exchanged.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are covered by BVM Creative if the return is due to a defect or production error
  • Shipping costs are covered by the customer for all other returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
